Hike For Brainrot Brainrots

Complete database of every brainrot character, rarity, and income stat.

What Are Brainrots?

Brainrots are collectible meme-inspired characters in Hike For Brainrot that serve as both collectibles and income generators. Each brainrot has a fixed rarity tier, a spawn zone on the mountain, and a base income rate measured in cash per second. They are the core resource of the entire game economy.

You collect brainrots by climbing the mountain and interacting with them at various elevations. Once collected, place them at your base to start generating passive income. The higher the rarity, the more cash they produce — ranging from $5/s for Common units to trillions per second for Ancient-tier event exclusives.

How to Collect Brainrots

  1. Climb the mountain using your jump power to reach higher zones
  2. Find brainrot spawns at each mountain zone
  3. Press E (PC) or tap interact (mobile) to pick up the brainrot
  4. Return to your base and place the brainrot in an available slot
  5. Collect the cash it generates and reinvest in upgrades

Your carry capacity limits how many brainrots you can hold during a single climb. Upgrade carry to make each farming run more efficient.

Brainrot Categories

Brainrots are organized by rarity tier, which determines where they spawn and how much income they generate:

  • Common & Uncommon — Base Camp and Lower Slopes, starter income
  • Rare & Epic — Mid Mountain and High Ridge, mid-game staples
  • Legendary & Mythic — Summit Approach and Cloud Layer, late-game targets
  • Brainrot God & Secret — Upper Peak and Summit, endgame income
  • Ancient — Event-exclusive summit spawns, ultimate income

Upgrading Brainrots

Beyond collecting new brainrots, you can upgrade existing ones at your base. Each upgrade level increases the brainrot's income per second. The upgrade cost scales with the brainrot's base income — upgrading a Squidward Brainrot costs more than upgrading a Common unit but delivers proportionally higher returns. Use the income calculator to determine whether upgrading or replacing is more profitable.
